About the event
Hartwell’s favorite holiday tradition, the Tour of Homes, gives the community the opportunity to visit several local homes all decked out for the season. Beginning in 2003, HSL has created original artwork, painted by member Kay Cleveland, to adorn the tour tickets. In addition to our local community, guests come from far away for this annual event. Proceeds all go into our Literacy Fund which then provides scholarships, books for schoolchildren, and other related projects.
This year's tour will cover:
Timbers Home - A Victorian home that is tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. Be sure to notice the intricate woodworking throughout.
Vollrath Home - A home built in the 1970s that has been completely renovated, inside and outside, with unique architectural touches and lovely furnishings.
Hutchinson Home - You'll want to relax in front of the fireplace after a day on the lake in this comfortably styled home.
